Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 8, 2026

Please read these terms of service carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Prestige Auto Repair Niagara, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, please refrain from using our services.

2. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

3. Our Services & Expertise

We provide professional automotive repair and routine maintenance services. Our operations are driven by a dedicated team of technicians using state-of-the-art equipment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion, in compliance with applicable provincial laws.

4. Estimates and Consumer Rights

In accordance with the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002, customers are entitled to a written estimate for repair work. The final invoice for the agreed-upon services will not exceed the written estimate by more than 10% unless prior approval is explicitly obtained from the customer for additional parts or labour.

5. Payment Terms & Liens

Payment is due in full upon the completion of services unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Pursuant to the Ontario Repair and Storage Liens Act (RSLA), vehicles will not be released until payment is received in full. We reserve the right to retain possession of the vehicle or register a lien against it for any unpaid accounts.

6. Service Expectations & Customer Satisfaction

We strive for excellence and are committed to building trust with our new community. We proudly stand behind our work by offering a warranty on the parts we install. Please note that the warranty applies to parts only: consumable wear items, such as front brake pads, are not covered, and we are not responsible for any subsequent issues arising from normal vehicle wear and tear.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, our liability is strictly limited to the actual cost of the specific services provided. Prestige Auto Repair Niagara shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, lost income, towing fees, or substitute transportation costs arising from the use of our services.

8. Privacy and Data Protection (PIPEDA)

We are committed to protecting your privacy in full compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We collect only the personal information necessary to provide our services, process your payments, and communicate with you regarding your vehicle. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as strictly required by law.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update, amend, or modify these terms at any time without prior written notice. Your continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes your formal acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Contact Information
